For one clip, start with Generate or Edit & finish. For a film, begin with Story, direct its shots, then arrange them in Timeline.
YOUR VIDEO WORKSPACE
Make the frame move.
From the first still to the final cut. Find the right motion for your story.
- 01Generate
- 02Shape
- 03Finish

Create a single shot or carry a film from its story through generation, review and the final edit.
How this workspace connects
Generate and Edit & finish work with individual clips. Story, Director and Timeline build a film. The project bar keeps your saved film and shot in context; save changes before switching steps.

Give the scene a direction
Choose a reference, one camera movement, and a short description of the action. Begin with a 2-second preview. The selected format center-crops your image.
Check the actual video
The verifier decodes every frame and checks size, frame rate, and length. It flags near-black frames and very low motion. Watch for identity drift, flicker, geometry changes, and whether the requested movement happened.
Change one thing
Reuse a shot's settings and seed, make one deliberate change, then compare. Keep an approved take as your reference. Technical checks do not judge storytelling or taste.
Know the limits
This version creates silent, short clips using open Wan weights. Quick mode uses prompt guidance. Camera mode uses native conditioning and still needs visual review. Proprietary Higgsfield weights, native audio, and character training are outside this version.
